Being from out of town and having limited time to prepare a property to sell and select a real estate agent to sell that property, we just randomly selected a few real estate agents to interview. Of course we selected Dominic Fonte. Not only did he tell what to do to prep the property for sale he gave us the names and numbers to call that would perform the work. And again...WOW. This saved so much time from having to weed through a list picked out of the websites on the internet. By following Dominic's advice we were able to leave to go back home much quicker than originally anticipated. Also, we left knowing that we had someone we could call if we needed something which, by the way, actually turned out the opposite. Our process started many months prior to actually listing our home for sale and buying another with Dom. He was most understanding and responsive to our particular situation.
